The software itself may be freely downloaded from this web site. This may then be used for a trial period free of charge. The Purchase Password registers the software licence you have purchased and unlocks the full features and removes time restrictions.
Customers purchasing software will be sent a Purchase Password via email after completion of their purchase. This email should arrive within a few minutes but may take longer in exceptional circumstances. The password is entered on your device using the Registration menu option of the software. The password is only valid for the device specified at order time.
All our software is available for trial use free of charge so every customer can try a product before they buy it. This policy allows customers to use the real software on their own device and to be completely satisfied with it before deciding to purchase it. Consequently we cannot provide refunds nor cancel an order after the customer has completed their purchase.
We do however want happy customers so if you have an extraordinary situation then please email full details to customerservices @ textratech.com and we will consider circumstances on a case by case basis, entirely at our own discretion.
